| 摘 要： | 在新的形势下，塑造大学生健全人格是高校加强和改进大学生思想政治工作的切入点，也是我国社会主义现代化建设和大学生健康成长的必然要求。笔者从大学生健全人格塑造在思想政治工作中的重要地位；大学生健全人格的构成；塑造大学生健全人格的基本途径等方面进行了探讨。
