| 摘 要： | 本文研究提出了选材研究的现状与存在的主要问题,主要是中、高级选材标准缺乏,方法比较局限单一等.下一步需要重点开发中、高级选材标准,并借鉴多学科的方法开展选材.选材研究侧重点放在多学科综合研究上,加大基础研究力度,与训练紧密结合.选材研究要建立分级、多层、系列化的选材标准,加强对经验选材的研究等.

| Abstract: | Status quo and the essential problem of the athlete identification were analyzed. It is found the athlete identification should put more emphasis on multidisciplinary research and be combined with training closely. The paper also suggests set up multilevel standard. |
