广东省中心城市科研机构创新辐射效应研究

摘    要:在创新驱动发展战略的大背景下,广东省科研机构建设速度加快,但目前仍存在定位不清、布局混乱等问题。为促进科研机构更好地为科技进步和经济社会服务,本文首先对广东省各市科研机构创新能力进行定量评价,进而结合威尔逊模型与场强模型,测度科研机构创新能力较强的城市对科研机构创新能力较弱的城市的辐射效应。研究发现:广东省各市科研机构创新能力差异较大;受创新能力辐射影响的城市对辐射效应的接受能力存在较大的差异。进一步,根据研究结果,提出优化广东省科研机构空间布局、促进区域科技创新协调发展的政策建议。

Research on the Radiation Effect of Innovation of Scientific Research Institutions in Guangdong's Central City
Abstract:Under the background of innovation-driven development strategy, the construction of scientific research institutions in Guangdong Province has accelerated, but there are still problems such as unclear positioning and chaotic layout. In order to promote scientific research institutions to better serve scientific and technological progress and the economy and society, this paper first quantitatively evaluates the innovation capabilities of scientific research institutions in various cities in Guangdong Province, and then combines the Wilson model and the field strength model to measure the impact of scientific research institutions on scientific research institutions. The radiation effect of cities with weaker innovation capabilities. The study found that: the innovation ability of scientific research institutions in the cities of Guangdong Province is quite different; the cities affected by the radiation of innovation ability have large differences in the ability to accept radiation effects. Furthermore, based on the research results, policy recommendations are put forward to optimize the spatial layout of scientific research institutions in Guangdong Province and promote the coordinated development of regional scientific and technological innovation.
