| 摘 要： | 论述了高校学分制的意义,分析了高校学分制的实施对教学管理工作提出的挑战,在增加管理学生难度的同时,对教学管理人员也提出了更高要求,提出了学分制下深化教学改革的有效措施。认为转变其教学管理观念,创新管理模式,实行导师制和学生助理辅导员制度,提高管理队伍素质,加强管理制度创新,健全学分制综合配套制度,加强大学生自我教育、自我管理能力,是学分制高效有序运行的关键。

| Abstract: | The significance of implementing course credit system is pointed out. The challenges the implementation of course credit system poses on administration are analyzed. The measures to improve the administration are put forward as： to update the concept of administration, to develop new mode of administration, to establish tutor system and assistant student-tutor system, to improve the quality of the administrative staff, and to encourage students to do self-education and self-management . |
