| 摘 要： | 近年来,高校毕业生的就业形势越来越严峻,随着"面向地方、面向基层"就业重心的转移,地方高校调整人才培养机制,提升大学生的区域性就业能力是当务之急。这样,"订单式"人才培养在这一过程中有着重要的意义与作用。它是地方高校人才培养的方向,是大学生实现就业的关键,是地方社会繁荣稳定的基础。为此,地方高校必须构建"订单式"人才培养模式:一是企业开具订单;二是高校照单培养;三是中介协调培训;四是基地提升能力。只有这样,地方高校才能切实提升大学生的区域性就业能力,实现大学生的顺利就业。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the employment situation of graduates is getting more and more serious.With the shift of employment center to the "Regionality and Grass-root Oriented" Places,it is an urgent task for the regional colleges to adjust their talent training system and improve the regional employability of graduates.In this regard,the order-oriented talent training has significant meanings and effects during this course.It is the training orientation of regional colleges,the key for graduates to realize their employment and the base for sustaining regional social prosperity and security.For this reason,regional colleges must construct the order-oriented talent training mode:the enterprises place orders and the colleges train talents according to the orders placed,the intermediaries coordinate with the trainings and the training bases improve their abilities.Only thus can the regional colleges practically improve the regional emplyability of employees and realize their successful employment. |
