| 摘 要： | 格老秀斯的私有财产理论是通过契约对先占权的确立;洛克的财产理论是自身身体劳动的自然延伸。两者看似不同,但确有相同之内核,这表现在格老秀斯的"行动"包含着洛克的劳动以及两者对私有财产占有限度作出规定。

| Abstract: | The origin of Grotius private property is to confirm the possession of land and things that grow on it by contract; Locke supposes that the right of property is the natural stretching of one s own labour. These theories seems different ,but there are the same cores:on one hand,Locke s labour is one element among Grotius actions,on the otherhand,both set a limit to the property that one can have. |
