| 摘 要： | 青海省是一个农牧业大省,农牧业人口占全省总人口的66%,据不完全统计,每年农村初高中毕业回乡青年有2.5万人.为使农村新增劳动力向城镇有序转移,进一步加快城镇化建设,日前,青海省农牧厅、财政厅、教育厅、劳动和社会保障厅联合发出了<关于开展农村初高中毕业回乡青年职业技能培训试点工作的通知>(青农科2005]317号)(以下称<通知>),决定从2005年起在全省开展农村初高中毕业回乡青年职业技能培训工作.
