| 摘 要： | 发挥申办冬奥会所产生的刺激与影响,全面开发与有机整合我国冰雪运动资源,对推动我国冰雪运动的发展具有极其重要的现实意义.我国冰雪运动的发展现状表现为自然资源较为丰富,但开发程度亟待提高;普及面较为狭窄,整体化发展布局有待重新调整与规划;个别项目成绩突出,整体运动水平较为低下.借申办2022年冬季奥运会这一大好的发展契机,坚持新常态理论的引导,制定适合中国国情的发展规划;注重对大众化特征的凸显,用以推动我国群众性冰雪运动的发展;促进冰雪运动基础设施建设的充实与完善,推动我国冰雪运动实现可持续的发展,有效拓展我国冰雪运动受众群体的规模,促进冰雪运动的整体水平提高.

| Abstract: | The stimulation and influence produced by bidding for the Winter Olympics,the comprehensive development and the organic integration of ice and snow sports resources has an extremely important practical significance to promote the development of ice and snow sports in our country. The development of Chinese ice and snow sports shows that natural resources in China is relatively abundant, but needs to be a higher level of development.Popularization rate is relatively narrow,the whole developing layout need to be readjusted and planned.The achievement of some individual projects is outstanding,the overall level is relatively low.Taking this good developing opportunity of bidding to host the 2022 Winter Olympic Games,insist on the new normal theory,make a developing plan which is suitable for the development of Chinese conditions.Pay attention to the highlight of the popular characteristics to promote the development of Chinese ice and snow sports in mass.Promote the enrichment and improvement of the baisc facilities for ice and snow sports,promote the sustainable development of ice and snow sports in our country,efficiently expand the audience, which helps to raise the overall level of ice and snow sports. |
