| 摘 要： | 实验教学队伍的建设是高校实验室建设的重要组成部分，是高校人力资源建设的一个重要方面。文章从实验教学团队的内涵及意义入手，在指出目前我校实验教学团队建设中存在问题的基础上，重点提出实验教学团队建设既要建立相应的动力机制，也要与学校的教学改革相结合，还要与学校的品牌课程、专业的建设相结合。
