基于PLC电梯控制系统设计的创新实验

摘    要:针对高校非电专业电工学的PLC创新实验,探讨了基于西门子S7-200型的PLC三层电梯控制系统的设计,从电梯的控制需求、PLC的选择、I/O口的分配、梯形图的设计和调试等方面,介绍了创新实验的设计步骤及方法,引导学生自己设计控制程序,并在电梯模型上验证程序的正确性,对培养学生的工程意识和创新精神有一定的帮助。

Abstract:Specifically for the test based on innovation for PLC for the non-electric major electrotechnics,we discuss the design of the triple-deck elevator control system based on Siemens type S7-200.Areas such as controlled demand for the elevator,selection of PLC,allocation of I/O port,the design and adjustment of the ladder diagram are all extensively covered.It also introduce the design steps and method for the test based on innovation,let the students design control program on their own,and test the validity of the program for the Ladder diagram.It is very helpful in building the engineer concept and innovative spirits of the students.
