| 摘 要： | 基于对当前高校采购存在问题的分析，阐述了高校实施电子化采购可使高校采购流程得到优化，降低成本、提高效率、增加透明度、提高监管力度。明确高校电子化采购的实施目标，并最终提出实施电子化采购的步骤和应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the problems in procurement of universities,it has been expounded that the E-Procurement can optimize purchasing process,reduce cost,raise efficiency,increase transparency and improve supervision.The objectives of the E-Procurement in procurement of universities have been explained.Finally the implementation step and the notable problems of the E-Procurement have been proposed. |
