| Abstract: | This paper takes the clients in the sci-tech novelty retrieval as the object of study,analyzes characteristics and several common manners of the clients in charge of the sci-tech novelty retrieval.The author of this paper proposes some measures to urge the clients to pay great attention to the sci-tech novelty retrieval so as to bring the functions of the clients into full play. |
