| 摘 要： | 思政教育对于引导学生树立正确的价值取向具有重要作用。将思政教育融入专业课程,对于形成全员、全方位、全过程的思想政治教育育人体系、全面落实立德树人根本任务具有重要意义。该文以食品专业课程中增强思政教育效果的途径为例,首先概述了专业课程思政教育的内涵及其面临的问题,其次总结了食品专业课程的特点,最后提出了增强食品专业课程思政教育效果的途径。文中关于食品专业课程增强思政教育效果途径的想法,对其他专业课程也具有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Ideological and political education plays an important role in guiding students to establish correct value orientation.The integration of ideological and political education into professional courses is of great significance for the formation of a full-staff,all-round,and full-process ideological and political education system and the fully realization of the fundamental task to foster virtue through education.This paper takes the ways of enhancing ideological and political education in food professional courses as an example.Firstly,it summarizes the connotation of ideological and political education in professional courses and the problems it faces,then summarizes the characteristics of food professional courses,and finally proposes ways to strengthen ideological and political education in food professional courses.The idea of enhancing ideological and political education in food professional courses in this paper also has certain reference significance for other professional courses. |
