| 摘 要： | 针对农民工返乡潮的背景,梳理了关于返乡农民工的研究现状,对目标样本的基本情况、图书馆服务满意度,以及返乡农民工最需要的信息种类等进行了统计分析,发现了基层图书馆在返乡农民工服务缺乏需求调查,服务错位;信息传播辐射范围窄,信息获取不畅;服务模式单一,缺乏连续性和系统性。进而提出了采用综合性调查手段,准确感知返乡农民工信息需求;加强服务网点、信息化集成、信息素养水平和专家库资源的顶层设计,缩小信息距离;围绕返乡农民工需求,打造常态服务品牌;立足创业信息需求,提供智能移动服务路径的解决策略。

| Abstract: | In the light of the background of the returning tide of migrant workers,the paper sorts out the present research situation of returning migrant workers and makes statistical analysis on the basic situation of the target sample,the satisfaction degree of library service and the kinds of information most needed,etc.The paper finds several problems in the service for returning migrant workers in the grass-roots libraries:lack of demand investigation,service dislocation,narrow information transmission range,poor access to information,single service mode,lack of continuity and systematicness.Then,the paper puts forward the strategies of using comprehensive survey to accurately perceive the information demand of returning migrant workers,strengthening the top-level design of service network,information integration,information literacy level and expert database resources,narrowing the information distance based on the demand of returning migrant workers,building the normal service brand and providing intelligent mobile service path based on entrepreneurial information demand. |
