| Abstract: | ??It is considered that "a library with both enterprise and establishment features" is decided by the property and operating law of library and the actual situation of library subsistence and development under the condition of market economy, "a library with both enterprise and establishment features" is a new subject for library to participate in and enter into market. It is proved that "a library with both enterprise and establishment features" is the optimum pattern of joining library with market economy. |
