| 摘 要： | 叙事治疗是一种后现代心理治疗方法,在大学生心理危机干预中具有很高的应用价值。该文对叙事心理治疗的要点进行了概述,指出了基于叙事的心理治疗在大学生心理危机干预中的应用要点,包括在故事叙说中了解危机、在主线故事中寻找例外、在支线故事中转危为安以及在积极强化下巩固成果。

| Abstract: | Narrative psychotherapy is a post-modern method of psychotherapy,which has strong application value in the psychological crisis intervention of college students.This paper outlines the main points of narrative psychotherapy,and points out the main points of application of narrative psychotherapy in the psychological crisis intervention of college students,including understanding the crisis in story narration,finding exceptions in the main story,turning danger into peace in side stories,and consolidating the results under active reinforcement. |
