摘    要:近年来,随着职业教育的不断发展,部分高等职业院校积极探索中高职人才贯通培养模式,形成了各自的发展特色。该文针对临夏中职教育和高职教育的人才贯通培养模式及其发展意义,结合民族地区职业教育的特点进行了专题探讨,提出了初中起点五年一贯制、中高职分阶段衔接、初中毕业生“2+3”转段升学等适合当地中高职一体化人才贯通培养的模式。对提升民族区域经济发展与职业教育服务地方经济社会的能力、适应民族地区产业结构调整和经济结构转型的需要具有重要的现实意义。

A Brief Discussion on the School-running Mode of Integration of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education in Ethnic Areas:Taking a Higher Vocational College in Linxia as an Example

Abstract:In recent years,with the continuous development of vocational education,some higher vocational colleges have actively explored the talent training mode based on the integration of secondary and higher vocational education,having formed their own development characteristics.Combined with the characteristics of vocational education in ethnic areas,this paper conducts a thematic discussion on the talent training mode based on the integration of secondary and higher vocational education in Linxia,and the significance of the mode,and puts forward some forms of the talent training mode based on the integration of secondary and higher vocational education that is in line with local characteristics,such as five-year integrated education with junior education as the starting point,integration of secondary and higher vocational education in stages,and“2+3”transformation for junior high school graduates.It has important practical significance for improving the economic development of ethnic areas and the ability of vocational education to serve local economy and society,and adapting to the needs of industrial structure adjustment and economic structure transformation in ethnic areas.
