论智慧教学视域中的教师专业发展

摘    要:基于互联网技术的智慧教学的出现让教学与新时代的科学技术接轨,成为未来教育的发展方向之一。当前,教师应该注重教育教学体制的进步与发展,不应因循守旧,而当应时而变。作为未来教师的师范生应当具备长远的眼光,灵活运用多媒体技术,合理配置和使用教学设备,关注学生的发展,及时解决教学中可能存在的问题,弥补缺漏。除此之外,已掌握的教学方式与方法是否兼容智慧课堂的教学,改变教学模式对课堂教学效果、学生学习情况和家长的参与可能会产生怎样的影响,应当怎样衡量利弊,都是我们未来教师所应当思考的问题。

On the Professional Development of Teachers from the Perspective of Smart Teaching
Abstract:The emergence of smart teaching based on Internet technology makes teaching integrate with science and technology in the new era and become one of the development directions of future education.At present,teachers should pay attention to the progress and development of the education and teaching system,and should not follow the old ways,but should change according to the times.Normal university students as future teachers should have a long-term vision,flexibly use multimedia technology,rationally configure and use teaching equipment,pay attention to the development of students,solve possible problems in teaching in a timely manner,and make up for deficiencies.In addition,whether the teaching methods that have been mastered are compatible with smart classroom teaching,the influence that may be exerted by the change in teaching modes on classroom teaching effect,students’learning situations,and parental participation,and how to measure the pros and cons,are all the issues that teachers should think about in the future.
