| 摘 要： | 从医学模式健康观的转变，提出健身应以健康理念为依托，树立“三维健身”的观念；阐述在新的医学模式健康观中，健身的健康职能体现在生物-心理-社会三位一体的整体观上，并在其中起着促进、协调、连接相互之间关系的作用。

| Abstract: | From the change of fitting view in medical mould, the paper suggests that the health should base on healthy ideas and three -dimension fit keeping viewpoints. In the new medical healthy ideas, the healthy function of fitting show in organism, psychology and society, it also can improve and coordinate their relationship. |
