| 摘 要： | 信息的完全和透明是证券市场秩序规范、健康发展的基本条件,中国证券市场存在的信息不对称,影响证券市场的运作效率,使投资者失去信心,导致市场资金来源枯竭.解决信息不对称,首先是政府的义务和职能.因此,需要政府从制度上,实现证券市场的规范化,加大证券市场的监管力度.

| Abstract: | The perfection and transparency of information is the basic prerequisites of ordering and healthy development of stock market. Current information dissymmetry of china's stock market has influenced the efficiency and disheartened the investors, resulting in the shortage of capitals. Resolution to information dissymmetry should begin with the obligation and function of government. So the government should realize the standardization of stock market from the system and strengthen the supervision. |
