| 摘 要： | 对技术创新项目风险决策的机理进行了分析,提出了企业技术创新项目二阶段决策模型,该方法不仅从投资收益角度分析了技术创新项目的客观风险,而且考虑了决策者的主观风险态度,克服了现有决策模型仅从单一角度考虑的弊端,使技术创新项目的决策更加合理、科学,应用实例说明了该方法的可行性和有效性。

| Abstract: | In this paper,on the foundation of the principle analysis of technical innovation projects risk decision,a two-stage decision model for enterprise technology innovation projects is proposed,which is used to analyze technology innovation projects not only from economic angle,but also the subjective risk attitude of decision-maker.Thus it overcomes the shortcoming of the risk decision of technology innovation projects from one angle,which can make the risk decision of enterprise technology innovation projects more reasonable and scientific.At the end of this paper,the feasibility and validity of this method are testified by the actual problem. |
