课堂教学中"单向刺激"的干扰及其排除

摘    要:单调乏味的授课语言和死板单一的教学方式可以形成“单向刺激”,单向刺激能使学生大脑皮层产生保护性抑制,使其注意力难以集中,进而精神倦怠、反应迟钝,严重影响其学习效果。教师应采取有效措施,诸如提高语言表达能力、强化课堂实验 、加强课上交流等多种手段,激发学生兴趣,活跃课堂气氛,防止或排除单向刺激对课堂教学的干扰。

Abstract:Dull classroom language and rigid teaching method form "one-way stimulation", which produces in the student's cerebral cortex protective inhibition that causes distraction, mental exhaustion, slow reaction, and finally affects badly the learning effects. Effective measures such as improved language ability, enhanced classroom experiment and better classroom communication should be taken to arouse the students' interest, make active the classroom atmosphere and prevent or remove the disturbance of one-way stimulation to classroom teaching.
