摘    要:师生关系是学校教育过程中最基本的人际关系,师生关系的好坏直接影响教育活动的成败.高职院校部分学生具有自卑、孤独、焦虑、抑郁、困惑等心理特点.在亦师亦友型、管理型、放任自流型3种师生关系中,亦师亦友型是最受学生欢迎的类型.要构建和谐的师生关系需要教师尊重学生、善于沟通、有较强的人格魅力,同时,应转变观念,提倡赏识教育,创新教育模式.

Abstract:Teacher-student relationship is a basic interpersonal relationship in the school education,and it is decisive to the success of the education.Vocational college students feature in poor self-esteem,loneliness,anxiety,depression and confusion.Of the three kinds of teacher-student relationships of mentor-type,management and being managed,laissez-faire-type,the mentor-type is most popular with students.Teachers are requested to demonstrate the respect of students and extensive communication.
