| Abstract: | This article queries the validity of the average copies of books per student in the document issued by the Developmental Planning Department of the Ministry of Education,that is,Circular of the School List of Being Suspended and Restricted Enrollment in2004.As how to scientifically and rationally evaluate a library,the author presents his personal points of view and makes some suggestions in the article. |
