| 摘 要： | 我国竞技速滑由于存在训练组织管理体系的缺陷和项目发展战略的片面性，致使儿少速滑运动员的训练表现出急于求成，透支训练，成才率低，短距离项目强、长距离项目弱，总体水平不高等突出问题。认为各层面职能管理部门，应从教学、训练人员培训，训练大纲的制定与执行，儿少运动员多年、系统、基础训练体系的建立等方面入手，分别制订工作方案，构建有效的训练管理体系；建议工作在基层的儿少速滑运动员教练员深入认识多年系统合理训练是培养优秀速滑运动员的唯一途径，并在日常训练中加以贯彻。

| Abstract: | The competitive sports of speed skating in China has the limitation of training management system and development strategy, which results in some obvious problems such as the child skaters' premature performance and overtraining, low eligible proportion, advantage in short distance event, disadvantage in long distance event, low level as a whole. The article thinks that the various departments of functional service should severally put forward the work project after starting with fostering the teachers and coaches, establishing the general training outline, bringing up the childhood training system, and in conclusion integrate an effective training management system. It indicates the systemic training is the only approach to bring up some eligible skaters and suggests the coaches of child skaters to have an in-depth cognition and carry out in daily training. |
