| 摘 要： | 教学文化是一种特殊的主体文化,是一种活动文化,也是一种关系文化,它成为文化哲学规范和反思的基本内容之一.文化哲学对教学文化的规范功能体现在:它的时代精神规范教学文化的价值转换,它的宽容兼纳的品性规范教学文化趋向多元开放,它的中性思维方式规范教学文化的"和合"智慧.文化哲学与教学文化之间的关系是双向建构的,一方面文化哲学成为教学文化发展的理论支点,另一方面,它又成为教学文化追求的理论旨归,在文化哲学的导引下,教学文化凝练出教学文化哲学,成为教学文化的精神内核,指导着教学文化实践.
