| 摘 要： | 公安机关刑事执法特指其在刑事司法中执行法律的活动，在公安机关刑事执法实践中，存在滥用刑事执法权的现象，我国现行公安机关刑事执法质量监督机制主要通过公安机关内部监督和检察机关外部监督的方式实现，但现行的监督机制存在缺陷，由于监督不力出现的执法违法现象时有发生，降低了刑事执法质量，必须进行观念的转变并从内外两个方面完善公安机关刑事执法质量监督机制。

| Abstract: | The criminal enforcement supervision of public security organizations refers to the activity in the process of enforcing the law. There exist abuse power in the practice of criminal law enforcement. The supervision mechanism of the criminal law enforcement mainly depends on the internal and external supervision of public security organizations. However, the supervision mechanism of our country is not being perfected at present because the defects of supervision mechanism lead to the illegal enforcement and decrease the quality of criminal law enforcement. Our ideas must be changed and perfected for the supervision mechanism of criminal law enforcement from internal and external supervision. |
