| 摘 要： | 以北京市的部分体育名师为研究对象,主要采用质的研究方法和专家调查法搜集大量第一手资料,对中小学体育名师的标准进行了系统研究。分别从“德”、“才”、“能”、“名”各自所包含的主要指标内涵进行描述和阐释,初步构建了中小学体育名师的标准框架,为后续研究和教师培训等提供有益的参考。

| Abstract: | The author takes Beijing's partial famous sports teacher as the research object,and makes system analysis on standard of the famous P.E.teacher,mainly uses the methods of archery target and the experts investigation collect lots of first datum.And then describes and explains from four aspects main index and connotation,including the "Virtue","Talent","Knowledge","Reputation",initially construct the elementary and middle schools P.E.famous teacher's standard frame,so as to provide some beneficial references for following research and teachers' training. |
