多层次模糊综合评判法在数字图书馆评价中的应用

摘    要:针对多层次多指标系统的评价问题,给出了一种模糊综合评判法。采用模糊综合评判法对最底层指标进行评价,得到最底层指标的评判结果,把评价结果作为上一层的模糊关系矩阵,再根据上一层的权重进行评价计算,得到该层的评价结果,依次进行,直到最顶层,得到系统的最终评价结果。本文利用优序图法确定各因素的权重,采用多层次模糊综合评判法对数字图书馆进行评价,评价实例验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:A fuzzy synthetic evaluation method for the multilevel system is introduced, fuzzy synthetic evaluation models are used to obtain the initial evaluation results of the bottom indexs, the evaluation results am further evaluated, then the final results of the bottom indexs am obtained, the evaluation results ofthe bottom indexs are regarded as the membership matrix of the superior level. By using the weight of thislevel and the membership matrix, the results of this level are obtained, This step is repeated, untill the results of the first level am obtained. The method is very efficient to the system with multiple levels and indexs, use superiority chart to decide the importance of each factor. An example demonstrates the validity of proposed method.
