| 摘 要： | 借助Varian Cary 50紫外可见分光光度计,用邻二氮菲分光光度法,对西瓜汁中铁进行测定;并对分光光度法的最佳条件,包括酸度、试剂用量、显色时间、显色温度以及干扰情况等进行了分析。

| Abstract: | With the aid of Varian Cary 50 spectrophotometer,after using 1,10-phenanthrotine spectrophotometers to detect the iron in the watermelon,this research finds out that the wavelength lying 510.9nm,standard curve is linear,and the correlation coefficient is 0.99973.The best conditions of spectrophotometers are simply specified,including acidity,reagent quantity,color time,color temperature,disturbance,etc.The method is simple and rapid.The accuracy and definition of the detecting result is better to meet the need of sample analysis. |
