| 摘 要： | 构建校企合作的长效机制对高等职业教育的发展以及人才培养有重要作用.分析影响建立校企合作过程中将面临的内部和外部因素,指出校企合作必须要以促进的.必须高等职业教育发展和人才培养质量提高为基点,应充分考虑构建过程中的各种因素,建立起适合本地区本校特点的校企合作长效机制.

| Abstract: | Constructing the long - term mechanism of school - enterprise cooperation is very important to the development of higher vocational education and training talents. The article analyzes the internal and external factors in the process of school - enterprise cooperation and points out that school - enterprise should take the basis as promoting the development of higher vocational education and impoving the qualification of persons. Many factors should be considered to build the long - term mechanism of school - enterprise cooperation so as to adapt to the local and the local school. |
