| Abstract: | Analysing the structure and function of normal form of informatics, this paper points out the necessity and urgency to construct "intermediate theory" of informal ics.Furthermore it demanstrates that the construction must use special socialogical theory as knowlege material and be completed by three links, intrduction, integration and derivation with concrete practice of the research of informatics. |
