| 摘 要： | 在探讨地方高校参与农民工培训必要性、可行性的基础上,阐述了地方高校履行农民工培训社会责任的基本途径,即地方高等院校应发挥资源优势,提高农民工综合素质,积极建立长效的培训机制和主动参与政府、高校和农民工三方沟通平台的建立。

| Abstract: | On the base that it is necessary and feasible for the local universities to involve in the training of rural migrant workers,so I think it is a basic way for the local universities to fulfill the social responsibility.That is: the local universities should make good use of education resources,to improve the overall quality of rural migrant workers,set up long--efficient training mechanism,and actively take part in tripartite communication platform for government,universities and the rural migrant workers. |
