| 摘 要： | 大学精神与大学文化既相互联系又各自独立 ,大学精神是大学文化的合理内核。在大学发展过程中 ,大学除了传统已经形成的学术自由、注重研究、服务社会精神外 ,还应具有关爱教学主体的精神。大学应以此为基础 ,通过尊重学术自由 ,培育大学文化 ;依托科学研究 ,创新大学文化 ;增强服务意识 ,拓展大学文化 ;关注教学主体 ,提升大学文化。

| Abstract: | University spirit and culture keep in connection with each other, possess independence respectively, and the former can be regarded as the reasonable core of the latter. During the course of university evolution, in addition to the traditional spirit of academic freedom, emphasis on research and serving the society, universities integrate the society, universities integrate the spirit of carving about the teaching majority, on the basis of which, they can bring up university culture by the respect of academic freedom, re-produce it through the dependence on scientific research, broaden it under the gradual improvement of service consciousness, and upgrade it by caring about the teaching majority. |
