| 摘 要： | 当前农村环境存在的主要问题有:乡镇企业布局不当、治理不够产生的工业污染;农业生产造成的面源污染及土壤污染;小城镇和农村聚居点的基础设施建设滞后产生的生活污染。治理农村环境问题的措施:一是确立全社会的大环境意识,采取综合的生态环境整治措施;二是重点防治土壤污染;三是防治农村面源污染;四是调整工业结构,改善大气水体质量;五是调优农业结构,增加绿色产业比重
