| 摘 要： | 浙江省武术段位制的人员结构呈现入段总人数、女性段位人数、青少年儿童入段人数偏少；入段人员学历偏低；入段人员中退休人员、教育系统和行政系统人员较多等特征。根据以上现状，我们提出以增加入段总人数为工作重心，以增加女性入段人员为目标，以开辟青少年儿童武术市场为导向和以推进武术段位制在行业武术协会实施的计划等策略。
