| 摘 要： | 文章论述了当代高等教育的基本功能与突出特征，分析了高等学校创新教育体系构建的前提、基础和条件，并据以提出高等学校创新教育体系构建的基本思路，即：构建与之适应的人才培养模式，构建促进创新教育的管理体制，构建有利于创新教育的课程体系，创建和优化创新人才培养的校园文化体系。
