摘    要:当前,我国中小学校本课程实践正在不断推进,但由于受到既往课程管理模式和考试制度等因素的制约,成效不理想。校本课程对于学生发展、教师成长、学校革新、体制变革等有着十分重要的意义,深化校本课程实践是学校发展中不能忽视的一项工作。深化校本课程实践要与学校文化建设结合起来,学校文化建设涉及学校教育哲学建设、校本制度完善、办学特色彰显等内容,与校本课程实践有着方向上的一致性和内容上的关联性。
