| 摘 要： | 企业自主创新过程中伴随着知识产权风险,对知识产权风险进行预警对于保护企业的自有知识产权与提高企业自主创新的积极性具有重要作用。首先分析了企业自主创新中知识产权风险预警机制的4个要素,然后分析了知识产权风险预警过程的6个环节,进而分析了预警过程与预警机制各要素之间的关系。
