Mini-CEX对专业学位硕士研究生消化内科临床培养效果的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨Mini-CEX在专业学位硕士研究生临床能力培养中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2019年12月在广西医科大学第一附属医院消化内镜病区轮转的60名专业学位硕士研究生作为研究对象,在入科、轮科满1月、轮科满2月和出科时(满3月)进行Mini-CEX测评,同时结合问卷调查,评判Mini-CEX的教学效果及认可程度。结果:全体研究对象出科时,在病史采集、体格检查、知情告知、临床判断、组织协调、人文关怀和整体评价7个测评项目上的得分,与入科时相比均有明显提高(P<0.01),约93.33%的研究对象认可Mini-CEX教学方法。结论:Mini-CEX是一种简单、易行且有效的教学方法,能够显著提高医学生的临床综合能力,值得在专业学位硕士研究生的临床培养中应用与推广。

Effect of Mini-CEX in Gastroenterology Clinical Cultivation of Master Degree Graduates

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of Mini-CEX in the cultivation of clinical ability of professional degree masters.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,60 master degree graduate students who were rotated in our hospital's gastroendoscopy ward were recruited as research objects.Combined with the questionnaire survey,Mini-CEX was evaluated at different periods to evaluate the teaching effect and recognition level of Mini-CEX.Results:At the end of the training,all the research subjects scored in 7 assessment items such as medical history collection,physical examination,informed notification,clinical judgment,organizational coordination,humanistic care and overall evaluation,which were significantly improved compared with the beginning of the training(P<0.01).About 93.33%of the research subjects recognized the Mini-CEX teaching method.Conclusion:Mini-CEX is a simple and effective teaching method,which can significantly improve the clinical comprehensive ability of medical students,and it is worthy of application and promotion in the clinical training of professional degree masters.
