| 摘 要： | 一个好的楼盘名就是一个好广告,房地产开发商在推广楼盘时喜欢给项目起个"艺名".楼盘"艺名"往往追求名称的个性,我们称之为楼盘个性命名.目前,楼盘个性命名方式不断翻新花样.从语言文字角度看,楼盘个性命名方式五花八门.主要有借用法、仿拟法、双关法和时尚法,楼盘个性命名方式的内涵又是丰富多彩的.当然,其中也存在一些不规范现象.

| Abstract: | A good name of buliding is a good advertisement. The real estate developing men enjoy name a stage name for the item when they spread the real estates. The naming of real estates seeks the individuality, so we call it the individual name of real estates. Now the individual naming ways of real estates renovate new tricks unceasingly. From language angle, there are all kinds of individual naming ways of real estates such as borrowing method, simulation method, double meaning method, fashional method. The connotations in the individual naming ways of real estates are aplenty. There are some phenomena don't accord with the normal ways, however. |
