| Abstract: | The main factor to restrict the development of the western is the shortage of capital.And the main cause of this is the slow development of the capital market in the western regions.So it may be the effective way to solve the contradictory of the lack of western capital by quickly developing the western capital market. It will raise money for the western development to ensure the carrying out of the strategy of western development. |
