| 摘 要： | 快乐体育是指从情感教学入手,对学生进行以健全的身体教育和人格教育为目标的体育教育思想,它重视爱的教育、美的教育与各项运动所独具的乐趣,强调学习兴趣与创造学习。它不仅把运动和情感作为实现教学目标的手段,而且视为直接目的。因此,能激发大学生的体育兴趣,满足他们的学习愿望,有利于培养自我体育能力与完美的人格,为终身体育奠定基础。这是教育艺术的最高境界,也是高校体育教育成功的必由之路。
