| 摘 要： | 面对严峻的就业形势, 并受社会经济领城中信用危机的影响, 大学生在就业过程中不守信用, 不重承诺的现象随之发生。因此, 必须从开展诚信教育、营造诚信环境、完善监督制约机制、加强就业指导、引导大学生树立正确的就业观五方面来防止和纠正大学生就业失信的行为。

| Abstract: | Faced with the severe employment situation and is influenced by the credit crisis occurring in social and economic fields, the phenomenon of credibility loss and not keeping one's promise by university student during the process of finding jobs occurred now and then . As a result, the prevention and the correction of losing credibility by college students showld be conducted in the five aspects of credibility education, the establishment of the environment of honesty and credibility, the perfection of the mechanism of supervision control, the improvement of the employment guidance and the shaping of the correct employment views for the Chinese University students. |
