银杏叶提取物对小鼠抗运动性疲劳能力影响的实验研究

摘    要:根据银杏叶提取物(EGb)的药理作用,采用运动训练学等方法研究了EGb对小鼠耐力及抗疲劳能力的影响,结果发现:仅通过服EGb而不进行运动训练,对提高小鼠运动能力的影响不大(0.1>P>0.05),但对消除运动性疲劳有积极的作用;而运动训练与EGb协同作用可显著提高小鼠的耐力性运动能力(P<0.01),显示EGb具有较强的抗疲劳作用,对力竭性动后的疲劳消除和促进小鼠体力恢复有明显效果。

Abstract:According to the pharmacology of EGb,the paper made a study of the influence of EGb on anti-movement-fatigue and endurance ability of small mice,and concludes that it has no obvious effect on improving the mice's endhurence ability (0.1>P>0.05) If the mice only take EGb and have no training,it can produce a positive effect on eliminating the fatigue of movement to the mice.Combining movemient training with EGb taking can obviously improve small mice's indurance ability on movement (P<0.01),which proves that EGb has a strong function on anti-fatigue as well as elimination of the fatigue after long-time movement of the mice and promotes the recovery of the mice's strength .
