| 摘 要： | 在信息资源的共享过程中,不同的利益主体为谋求各自利益的实现经常性地发生利益冲突。文章首先从法理学的角度对信息资源共享过程中利益冲突的原因进行了分析,进而从利益的法律层面即权利角度分析了信息权利冲突的原因是信息权利边界具有模糊性和交叉性、信息权利的滥用、信息权利具有相互性,并提出了具体的解决途径及解决原则。

| Abstract: | In the process of information resource sharing,there are many conflicts of interests because different people try for their interests.First,the author analyses the reasons of conflicts of interests in the process of information resource sharing,then points out from nomological point of view that the reasons are the boundaries of information rights are faint and intersected,information rights are abused,information rights are mutual,and puts forward the solving approaches and principles in the process of solving conflicts of interests. |
