| 摘 要： | 邓小平依法治理腐败思想是邓小平理论体系的重要组成部分,有着丰富的内容。邓小平认为,治理腐败,要标本兼治,既要重视治标,更要重视治本。邓小平不仅强调要依靠法制监督制约权力,还十分重视法律在惩治腐败中的作用,他认为惩治腐败靠“人治”是靠不住的,“法治”才靠得住些。他要求要完善法制,把反腐败斗争纳入法制化轨道。他强调指出,制定法律要完备,执行法律要严格,惩治腐败分子要严厉。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's Thought about managing corruption by law is an importance part of Deng Xiaoping's Theory.It has substantial content.Deng Xiaoping thought we must treat the corruption by looking into both its root cause and symptoms.Deng Xiaoping not only emphasized the supervising and restricting power,preventing corruption must depend on the legal system.He still paid attention to the function of the legal system in curing corruption.He thought "the rule by man" is unreliable and "rule of law" is reliable.He requested that we must perfect legal system and bring the struggle against corruption into legal orbit.He emphasized that we must make the law to be complete,carry out the law strictly and punish the corruption members sternly. |
