| 摘 要： | 相对柔韧性测量方法的简化是体育测量与评价的重要问题。分别用线量法、比值法、简易法对实验对象进行评价,得出简易法效标有效性的结果,认为应该推广"简易法",以推动体育测量与评价方法的发展。

| Abstract: | The simplification of the measuring method of relative pliancy is an important problem in sports measuring and evaluation. This article uses the measuring method of string, ratio and simplification to evaluate the objects respectively, finds out that the validity criterion is efficient. It is suggested that the simplified method should be spread to push forward the development of the methods of sports measuring and evaluation. |
