| 摘 要： | 高职高专在具有中国特色的高等教育领域的出现，是在十几亿人口的中国普及高等教育的重要举措，有着十分重要的战略意义。那么，英语教育，作为现代化人口素质教育最重要的方面，如何因人而异、因材而异、因需而异，将系统的英语教学，根据学生的个性差异、可接受状态、心理发展水平与职业方向的不同，制定出多层次、多方位的教学计划，将是本文探讨的主要目的。
