| 摘 要： | 文章首先对新型城镇化的核心内涵进行了深入解读，在评介以往城镇化测度方法的基础上．围绕新型城镇化的内涵，从经济高效、结构优化、质量提升、就业充分、功能完善、城乡协调、环境友好、生态宜居等八个方面构建了新型城镇化指标体系，为制定、实施和评价新型城镇化战略提供有益的参考依据。

| Abstract: | The paper interprets the core connotation of new urbanization firstly. On the basis of reviewing past measurement methods of urbanization, /he connotation of new urbanizatinn, the author aims to construct index system of new urbanization by improving economic efficiency, structural optimization, quality improvement, full employment, pertkeet function, coordination of urban and rural, environment -friendly and ecological residential in order to provide useful reference fnr formulating, implementing and evaluating the new urbanization strategy. |
